Shipping Internationally

If you place an order with Poly Clay Play, you are agreeing to these policies.

Not usually but International orders can take up to 6 weeks or more to be delivered, usually because it is held up in Customs.

We have shipped packages all over the world and in all the years we have been in business, (since April 2006), only one International order has been lost.  With that said, please keep the following in mind...

We do not determine the cost of shipping.  That is determined by the United States Postal Service.  We have no control of the shipping price.

It is usually cheaper to choose First Class shipping but there is no way to track a First Class package.  Insurance might not be available for First Class packages.

Poly Clay Play is not responsible for lost or misdirected orders.
Please consider this when ordering. Once it leaves here, I am sorry but I have no control over the USPS or your country's shipment handling.  We will not refund lost shipments unless they have been insured and we are able to be reimbursed.

Please add a note to your order if you would like us to insure your package.  We will send an email advising you if there will be additional cost.

Please consider carefully before choosing your shipping package.  It is usually cheaper to choose an envelope but it may or may not hold up during shipping.  Again, we are not responsible if the packaging is destroyed and the product is harmed or lost in shipping.  We pack your products as well as we can but shippers don't always take the kind of care we do.

Products notes...

PYM II Spray Varnish - Poly Clay Play cannot ship PYM II out of the contiguous US.  It is an aerosol and it cannot be shipped by air.

Makin's Clay Machine Motors are rated 90W 120 volt 60Hz. A transformer is not supplied.  This applies to all electric products.

Handling Fee

  A handling fee is added to all purchases.  This lets us accept credit cards and allows us the extra time it takes to fill out forms to comply with International shipping.  Unfortunately, fees for accepting International monies has risen.

 

INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES occasionally incur additional shipping/handling charges.  I will notify you the additional cost and send an invoice for the difference if it is way higher than originally thought.

If this happens, you will receive an email giving you options to pay the invoice or ignore the invoice and ask for a refund.

Returns Policy

Returns are not accepted on International orders.

Order Cancellation Policy

If you cancel part or all of your order before it has shipped, a full refund will be issued for the canceled items.  If you do not cancel before it is shipped the order stands and no refunds will be offered.

*Occasionally an item is out of stock.  If this is the case, I will send an email and offer you the option to have your whole order sent as soon as the item is back in stock or you can request a refund on the out of stock items.  The refund will include any overage of postage.
