| Go to http://www.polyclayplay.com/Cart Click Sign In (at the very top of the page). Put in your email address and password you used when you made your purchase. Click Completed Orders. Click on the link that includes the project you purchased. Click Download. |
If you purchased a tutorial that is a class or includes a video, CLICK HERE, fill in the registration and a password protected access area will be created for you to view any and all video purchases. To get to this area click on Member Login. You can find this link at the top of the page at http://www.polyclayplay.com Once you have registered, your product access will be updated to include the product within 24 hours, usually within one hour. This access area is different from your shopping cart account access. To make it easier to remember, you can use your email address as the User Name and the same password as you used when you registered through the shopping cart. The choice is yours. |
