If you want to pay for the Poly Clay Play Club
by Money Order or Check, please send it along with your name and address.
Fill in the subscription information.

Monthly Subscriptions
If you are subscribing monthly, your payment must be received no later than
the 20th of the previous subscription month or your subscription may be interrupted.
For example, September Poly Clay Play Club Subscription amount will need to be received by August 20th

New 6 Month Paper Plan
You will receive 6 months of the Club Projects in the mail.
The projects will be printed and mailed on or before the 20th each month.
This plan is great for people who do not have access to the Internet on a regular basis.
Send your check for $89.95 to the address above.

Yearly Subscriptions
Your yearly subscription will begin the month payment is made and continue for 12 months total.
