A Poly Clay Play Club for Kids age 8 ~ 88

Kids can clay too and this is a great time to get them started...let their imaginations go wild!  They will learn color mixing, shape making and so much more.  The kits are great as a gift for that special child in your life...great for a birthday gift or just because you want to introduce a child to art and the joy of being creative.

The Poly Clay Play Kid's Club is a Kit series designed for kids 8 to 88 and is geared toward girls.  Hopefully I can add more boy friendly projects to the club in the future.  If you have questions about the projects in the kits and think your son would enjoy the club, please let me know.  The club is great for both boys and girls with the exception of some of the projects.  There are projects for decorating barrettes and necklaces, etc.

Our kits will introduce a wonderful variety of techniques for working with clay including various items to make as gifts for Mom or Dad or a Best Friend.  Of course, it is fun to make pieces to keep and enjoy.

The club is a kit club...each month members get a kit that has everything to complete the projects except clay*.

Each kit comes with at least 3 projects. Each project has color photos and step by step instructions printed on card stock with holes added to make into a book. The first kit comes with book clips to keep all the instructions pages together.

Each kit comes with tools and supplies. The tools consist of clay cutters, texture sheets, barrettes, pins...everything needed to complete all the projects.
The tools are reusable, sturdy, products.

Each kit comes with Parents Notes, How To's and About Pages.

Many of the How To Pages are projects in themselves in addition to the at least 3 projects already in each kit.

The first kit comes with 20 pages to start their book, along with front and back covers and tabbed divider pages. Here is a sample of some of the project titles in the kits...

Note about Clay:  I realize that there are just too many brands and reasons for choosing which clay to use.  Before you even get the first kit, you will have information to read to help you decide which clay is best for your Kid's Club Member.  Clay is inexpensive enough that you can try different kinds until you find what works best and clay is available in most craft or hobby stores or on the Internet.  We will list various places to give you the choice that is best for you and your location.
