First Year Yearly Memberships

The yearly price for the club is a great deal by itself. I invite you to help celebrate and enjoy the bonus birthday gift (one past year) I am offering as a thank you. If you are not sure if you would like the club, please try it for a month before joining as a yearly member. Because you receive the bonus within 24 hours and it is worth the price of a yearly membership by itself, yearly memberships are non-refundable.

Triannual Membership - Non-refundable.

Monthly Membership

If you wish to cancel your membership, do so before the next month starts.

You are responsible for payment of any month you are a member, even if only for a day. You have access to new files on the 1st day of each month even if your payment doesn't come out of your account until later in the month.

Note: If your payment comes out on the last day of the month when you join, the 31st for instance, if the next month does not have 31 days, PayPal will not charge you until the 1st of the next month. Please note that you still owe for any month you are a member. When you cancel, you may be sent one final invoice. If you have any doubt, make a note of the month you joined. You can go into PayPal and do a search for all the payments you have made to Poly Clay Play. Count the number of months you have been a member and see how many months you have paid for.

I know it is not always possible to continue paying for something, even if you love it! I would appreciate a note explaining why you want to cancel, even if it is because you don't enjoy the projects. Constructive criticism (and praise for that matter) is always appreciated.
