Poly Clay Play uses PayPal for the billing system for the convenience of its Poly Clay Play Club members. By submitting the sign-up form you are aware that we will repeat this billing as per the plan cycle chosen, unless you contact us by phone or email (i.e. If you sign up with the Annual plan, we will bill you the appropriate amount every 12 months.) Applicable state taxes will apply to plan charge.

When you subscribe to the Poly Clay Play Club, you pay for the content that is published for a particular month, not for a 30 day period. The Poly Clay Play Club content changes on the first day of each month. PayPals automated billing cycle begins the same day you joined, each month. If you join as a monthly member, you will receive access for the current month content on the first day of each month.  Monthly Content is non-refundable. If you want to cancel, you must do so before the end of the previous month. If you have not canceled before the first of any month, you are responsible for payment of that month.

In no event will Poly Clay Play be liable for any non-sufficient fund or other bank fees resulting directly or indirectly from any debits to your checking or debit account.

With respect to any Poly Clay Play Club membership purchased, if you cancel your yearly membership before the initial term of your membership has expired, you may be entitled to a refund depending upon the following:

First Year Yearly Memberships
The yearly price for the club is a great deal by itself. I invite you to help celebrate and enjoy the bonus birthday gift (one past year) I am offering as a thank you. If you are not sure if you would like the club, please try it for a month before joining as a yearly member. Because you receive the bonus within 24 hours and it is worth the price of a yearly membership by itself, I will not issue a refund for new yearly members.

Continuing Yearly or monthly Memberships
You will be obligated to pay for each month the membership has been active at the current monthly membership rate, including the month the cancellation of membership is submitted. Upon cancellation you are responsible for the retail value of any and/or all promotional products, CD’s or content you received during the duration of your membership.

For example, if you signed up for an annual (12 month) membership and wish to cancel after five (5) months, then you would be charged for (5) months of membership at the monthly rate, plus any promotional content (CD’s and/or products) and refunded the difference, if any. Any membership cancellations must be submitted to Poly Clay Play prior to the 25th of each month in order to be processed by the last day of the current month.

Triannual Memberships: There will be no refund offered for early cancellation of a Triannual Membership.

Poly Clay Play Club CD Service is an upgrade offered to United States Poly Clay Play Club members. Poly Clay Play will send you a CD during each month of your Poly Clay Play Club membership with that month’s content.
